The Electro Archon, Baal, or Raiden Shogun, is a playable character in Genshin Impact 2.1. Anyone wanting to include her into a squad will need to consider the ascension materials and gear configuration. This method may result in a maximum bonus damage of 75%. The Emblem set was designed specifically for this character, since you’ll want to stack the Energy Recharge to approximately 250 percent. You’ll receive some nice Electro damage boosts from this set apart from the Energy Recharge perks.

If you’re playing Baal with Kujou Sara or Bennett, use the Electro damage stat on your Goblet and the Energy Recharge stat on your Sands. This will provide greater overall team advantages than just increasing Baal’s damage. When it comes to sub-stats, you should concentrate on Energy Recharge until you achieve the required amount. After that, try some CRIT Damage and CRIT Rate rolls.

Attacking abilities of Baal

• Transcendence: Baleful Omen – The Raiden Shogun reveals a shard of her Euthymia, dealing Electro damage to surrounding foes and bestowing the Eye of Storm Judgment on party members.
  • When characters with the buff attack and deal DMG to opponents, the Eye will launch an assault that does AoE Electro damage to the opponent’s location. During the period of the Eye, characters that acquire the Eye will have their Elemental Burst damage boosted depending on the Energy Cost of the Elemental Burst. Every 0.9 seconds, the Eye may initriate one strike per party. Coordinated strikes launched by characters you don’t control inflict 20% more damage than usual.
• Raiden Shogun releases the Musou no Hitotachi and delivers AoE Electro damage, following which he uses Musou Isshin in battle for a brief period. Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin’s attacks inflict more damage the more Resolve stacks they consume when the talent is activated.
  • Musou Isshin — Attacks are laced with Electro damage, which causes all party members to recover Energy when struck. Energy may be replenished once per second, with a maximum of five times throughout the duration of the talent. Raiden Shogun’s interruption resistance is enhanced, and she is resistant to Electro-Charged response damage. When Raiden Shogun departs the field, the effects go away.
  • Raiden Shogun builds up Resolve stacks for the Energy Cost of the burst movements when Shogun and party members perform Elemental Bursts. There are a total of 60 Resolve stacks available. After Raiden Shogun departs the field, Chakra Desiderate gains 300 Resolve.

Baal’s talents are passive.

• Chakra Desiderata gets 2 Resolve stacks when any of the party members acquire Elemental Orbs or Particles. Only once every three seconds may the effect occur.
• Enlightened One – The Raiden Shogun gains 0.6 percent greater Energy restoration from Musou Isshin and 0.4 percent Electro DMG Bonus for every 1 percent over 100 percent Energy Recharge.

Constellations of Baal

• Chakra Desiderata gets 2 from Ominous Inscription. When adjacent party members acquire Elemental Orbs or particles, Resolve stacks.
• Steelbreaker – Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin strikes bypass 60% of the opponent’s protection.
• Shinkage Bygones – Increases Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu’s level by three.
• Pledge of Propriety – For 10 seconds after Musou Isshin ends, adjacent party members (excluding Raiden Shogun) get 30% additional ATK.
• Shogun’s Descent – Increases the degree of Baleful Omen’s Transcendence by 3.
• Wishbearer – Raiden Shogun’s regular, charged, and diving strikes reduce party members’ Elemental Burst CD by 1 second when they hit opponents in Musou Isshin condition. During the length of the condition, the effect may occur once per second up to five times.
